Terms of Use
These terms describe how the Exo Pest customer portal is meant to be used. Using the portal means you agree to them.
Who the portal is for
The portal is provided to Exo Pest customers for managing their own account and service: viewing plan and service details, requesting a re-service, reviewing billing information and asking questions.
Your login
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. If you think someone else has access, change your password and let the office know.
Information accuracy and availability
Account, service and billing information shown in the portal comes from Exo Pest's service system and may occasionally be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable. The office's records are the authoritative source.
Re-service requests
A re-service submitted here is a request. It is not a confirmed appointment until the Exo Pest office schedules it and confirms the visit with you.
Not for urgent matters
The portal does not replace calling or emailing the Exo Pest office. For anything urgent or time-sensitive, contact the office directly.
Billing
Balance, invoice and payment information is shown for your convenience. Payment processing and account balances are handled by Exo Pest's billing systems.
Assistant
The assistant provides customer-service information based on your account and Exo Pest's reference material. It can be wrong or incomplete, cannot guarantee service outcomes, and cannot make binding commitments on behalf of Exo Pest.
Acceptable use
Use the portal lawfully and only for your own account. Do not attempt to access other customers' information or interfere with how the portal works.
Changes to the portal
Exo Pest may update, suspend or discontinue portal features at any time as the service evolves.
Account disputes and service issues
For billing disputes, cancellations or important service problems, contact the Exo Pest office. Those matters are handled by staff, not through the portal. See the Contact & Support page.
